Ditto! Nothing that AX makes is methylated, so you'd not need to run it. You can feel free to use Perfect Cycle for daily use, however. Many feel that it aids in health just in keeping the liver free of toxins from everyday abuse - unhealthy diet, drinking, etc.. It's up to you.

I take Perfect Cycle once a day just for good health and because I drink once or twice on the weekends, but it's not needed with any of our products!
