lean fx dosage how long after last rep and more ?

ok i take my 1st dosage in morning and after my w.o. i take a mix of gatorade/waxy/creatine and 10min later i take lean fx 10min later protein shake then once again 1 dosage with powerful right before bed on empty stomach. is that good?
 
What kind of a time frame are we looking at here? It matters little the order in which you are slamming things post workout. What is more important is what time, in relation to your first dose, is that post-w/o dose.

Best times for LFX would be 1st thing in the morning, again 4 hours later, and one about dinnertime. If you workout about 3 hours after waking, then you are combing that 4-hour later and post-w/o dose. Is this the case?
 
i waake up at 7 gym at 130am sleep at 11 so what ur saying dose at 7 11 and for example 8pm? or at 11 right before bed?
 
I believe what he is saying is to dose 3 times a day. In your case I believe it would look like this:

Dose #1: When wake up (you wake @ 7am)
Dose #2: Post work out (you workout @ 1130am & it's 4hrs post 1st dose)
Dose #3: About dinner time

Cortisol tends to peak while and post sleep and post working out. This is why you dose before and after a night of sleep and just after working out.

IMO you do not need to worry about things like waiting 10 minutes etc to take Lean FX then waiting 10 minutes to take Protein. Too complicated and you won't know a difference. Just take it all and be done with it.

That looks like a good way to dose it.

The best thing to do is to use the 3rd dose to split up whatever gaps may form from your post-workout and morning doses.
