Sugestion dose and time to take Lean-Fx, Hyperdrol X2, Mass fx

Dose, and a wath time of the day should I take , I go 6;00 am to the gym
I´M GOING NEXT MONTH MASS FX, Hyperdrol X2, LEAN-FX, Trisorbagen FOR 8 WEEKS

age : 45, 175 pounds, 5.9 feet

I was in a cycle of Mass fx for a month, WAS GREAT, I got 5 pounds

I´m taiking a rest (month) it end 12/31/08

I´m taiking Hyperdrol x2 and lean-fx
the next 15 days before I start the next cycle (january)
Hyperdrol x2 1 serv every 6 hours (4 serving/day)

Im going to the gym 6:00 am
I want to know wath is the best time of the way to take both Hyperdrol x2 and lean-fx
SHOULD I BE CONCERN ABOUT LOW LIBIDO, becouse i read that some user have problem with Hyperdrol x2

Im also want that you sugest me the dose and TIME when to take , for my next cycle In january ( 8 weeks cycle )

I would dose them as follows:
Wake up: 2 massFX, 1 Hyperdrol

Post-workout: 1 LeanFX

Lunchtime: 2 MassFX, 1 LeanFX, 1 Hyperdrol

Dinnertime: 1 LeanFX

Before Bed: 2 Hyperdrol

That looks very solid to me. The only thing I might offer another option to would be taking that last dose of LeanFX before bed with HX2 instead of at dinnertime, but either way will work well. The double-dosing that Sinner laid out will help give you more of the particular product at times when they will do you the most good. Cortisol peaks first thing in the morning, 4 hours later, and after a good, intense workout - thusly the dosage timing there.

EDIT: Sinner has pointed out to me, and my bad for totally missing it, but LFX may have a slight stimulant affect to it that may keep you from falling asleep comfortably. Though HX2 will help you to sleep faster and deeper, if you are stim sensitive, I'd go with his suggestion and do dinnertime or atleast 2-3 hours before bed.

You don't want to mix hyperdrol and 3-AD together. One "pushes", the other "pulls", and you end up with little (if any) benefit to stacking the two.


Perhaps try just 3-AD and MassFX, and follow up with aPCT, LeanFX, and half-dosed Hyperdrol for post cycle therapy.
 
ok thanks Sinner. Any Stacking suggestions on how to dose or should I just follow label instructions? I may just want to run the 3-AD solo and then follow with aPCT, Mass FX, Hyper, Lean FX, and Trisorbagen. Can you help me with putting it all together? What I'm looking to do is add muscle and drop body fat %. Is this stack sufficient for that or is it more of just a mass stack?
 
What ultimately determines whether one will lose or gain depends more on the training, diet, and your own genetics. The supplements you have listed will help you to do both, more of one or the other depending on the above factors.

But if you were looking to stack them all as you listed, here is how I'd do it:

Cycle:
3-AD @ 4/day dosed 2-2
PCT:
aPCT @ 3/day dosed 1-1-1
MFX @ 4/day dosed 1-2-1 (double dose pre-w/o)
LFX @ 3/day dosed 1-1-1
Trisorb @ 3/day dosed 1-1-1 alongside MFX

This 1-1-1 or 1-2-1 or 2-2 mumbojumbo refers to how many caps taken at a particular dosage time. For example, starting in the morning with MFX, 1 in the am, 2 pre-w/o, 1 later on - that's if you workout sometime mid-day. If you workout first thing in the morning, switch it to 2-1-1, where the single-cap doses go afternoon and evening. Just take how many doses there are (3) and divide them by the hours you are awake. For most, that's dosing every 4-6 hours.

LeanFX would be best dosed first thing in the morning, once again 4 hours later, and once again about dinner time. aPCT can be split and spread to accompany that. Trisorbagen would be best taken with MFX to amplify effects of it, but you could also take it with aPCT if the timing were more convenient. aPCT and MFX and LFX and Trisorb can all be dosed at the same time without any sort of interactions that you'd note to be negative. It's all about YOUR schedule, but there's a good guideline for ya!

One last note: While MFX is good to time around your workout time, 3-AD is best planned around meals. It needs fats to absorb properly, so meals where you have 15-20g of fats would be the most opportune dosing times there. Don't worry about taking 3-AD pre-workout. Split it up about 8 hours apart, so mid morning and dinnertime.
