3-AD Training Frequency and Recovery

Does 3-AD have any effect on recovery rates and your ability to train any more frequent?

I am coming to the end of a cycle and wondered if I can squeeze an extra session or two into final week without overtraining or if I should follow the same principles in this sense that I normally would?
 
In order for recovery, your CNS needs to fully recover.

As of current, the only thing capable of doing this is time. Steroids, prorhomones, test boosters, creatines, etc. do not enhance CNS recovery.

A lot of people seem to make the mistake of really "turning up the heat" when they go on a cycle. Big mistake. This will only make you burn out harder when you come into PCT.

Stick with what you're doing.
