3-AD synergy.

Does 3ad have some sort of synergy with pheraplex? I thought it had unmethylated version of pp in it, would stacking with the methyl phera have good synergy? What would be a good designer on the market now to stack with 3AD? I only have one bottle so 3 caps per day for me and stack it with something else at low dose. Better to take with or without meals?
 
oh and take it with meals containing 15-20 grams of fat, preferably 20...good old natty pb

I guess I was more so looking for something to stack with 1T vs. looking for something to stack with 3AD, if that makes sense....

rather than a low dose 4AD trans with the 1T trans (like the old T1 Pro ratio), I was looking for something that would help with the lethargy of IT, and my thinking is that the Picamilon in 3AD would help with this....I may be dead wrong tho but that was my thought process, I certainly have to look into it some more....plus they are two lean mas builders so I think they would be a sick stack for lean gains or recomp
 
also having used Epi and 3AD on solo runs before I feel that it would also be a sick lean gain and strength stack

2-androstenol has really really crappy oral bioavailability on an empty stomach. As R-Mac said, take it with a fatty meal, or a spoonful of Peanut butter. This will increase absorption by infinity percent (seriously, on an empty stomach, you'd get the same results by flushing down the toilet).

If you're only taking 3 caps per day, taking with phera would definitely show some help. Recommended dose is 4 per day. For a guy of your size/experience, I would go with 6 per day.

As mentioned above. 3-AD plus epistane/havoc is a decent stack. Superdrol would probably be another good contender as well.
 
thanks for your input sinner. I think ill hold off then until i get another bottle. I want the product to show significant signs that it is working on its own and i dont think 3 caps or even 4 caps will do that for me. Ill have to do 6per.

I was thinking however, if taken at a low dose like 2-3 caps would this be minorly suppressive like a good dose of hyperdrolx2 would be? Thus not needing a PCT?

Well, you've gotta remember that the effects of Hyperdrol go well beyond than its acute androgenic metabolites, its estrogen modulating effects increase both the natural production of testosterone as well as "fixing" the conversion of androgens to estrogens. The end result is a much greater increase in free testosterone than anything else. 2 caps of 3-AD would probably not be suppressive, but the results you'd get would probably not be very apparent either.

i see what you mean, good point. So really there is no good way for me to run it off of one bottle....ill hold off then.

ya hold off bro, like I said I didn't get much from 4 a day...got some pumps (nothing major) and endurance(this was very noticable), but no strength of real sense of well being for me till I kicked it up to 6 a day
