WilteredFire has some good advice, particulary the efa's and zma. I've read that zinc deficiencies are common among male atheletes and men employed in heavy labor. Last I checked the reason is unknown, possibly it's lost thru sweat.
Besides that, I've tried a few test boosters including, MassFX and Leviathan, and the only one that produced any results in the gym was Leviathan. So i would recommend Leviathan. I haven't had my testosterone check since I've been on it, but my BP is good, and my LDL went down 21 pts since my last 2 blood tests. One thing, I can't take it after noon because it will give me sleep issues, but then that happens to me with any stim.
Here's a breakdown of the ingredients (I did not use the manufacture's info, mostly wikipedia):
0) Phenylethylamine (PEA) - increases attention and activity in animals
1) Coleus Forskohili - fat burning, increases thyroid
2) Hordenine - It stimulates the release of norepinephrine in higher animals
3) Diindolylmethane - anticarcinagin, blocks estrogen receptors, I3C is it's precursor.
4) Acacia Rigidula Extract - stim
5) Velvet Bean Extract - reported with anabolic and growth hormone stimulant properties. The anabolic effect of the seed is due to its ability to increase testosterone
6) Ficus Bengalensis anticholesterol
7) Yohimbine HCl fat burning and appetite suppression
8) 11-Hydroxy Yohimbine similar to above but longer half life (6-8 hrs), dose: 1 mg per 10 lbs
9) Phyllanthus Niruri - anti-hypertensive;diuretic ;reduces total cholesterol and triglycerides;hepatoprotective
