(don't like taking anything after 4pm as everything affects my sleep)

Thoughts?

Do I need an AI for the 3-AD? I dont want any water weight.

3-AD contains both 2-androstenol and the active found in MMV2, androsterone. Both compounds are 5-alpha-reduced; therefore, no aromatization will occur. Water weight is put on through estrogen and progesterone, not an issue here.

If in the instance you want some extra androsterone in your cycle, MMV2 seems to be the way to go. This will help you improve body composition a bunch.

How much do you weigh? For proper effects, you should really look into using 4 caps of 3-AD per day, provided you weigh above 165lbs or so, dosed 2x daily. Taking too little will cause zero effects.


Also, when dosing 3-AD, it is imperative to take with a high fat meal, containing 20g or so of (healthy) fats. People usually add in a handful of nuts or spoonful of peanut butter to help increase fat content of meal. Rationale for this is due to the poor solubility of 2-androstenol. Taking with a lot of fats allows 2-androstenol to become more soluble and improves absorption ten-fold.

Sorry, but two more questions:

Do I need to be concerned with:

1) Appetitie changes? Most gear/PH's make me eat too damn much, hence, negating "leaning" affects.

2) Energy (fatigue?) issues? Most gear/PH's make me lethargic
 
risk of both is definitely something to be prepared for. This goes with any sort of gear, and effects diferent people differently. If these are common effects you get with PH's, definitely be on the lookout.
 
Any updates? I was just thinking of this stack today and did my search . . .

I may start something like this in October.

I am 39 yrs, 165 lbs at 5-7. Any dosing scheme recommendations would be appreciated. Also, for these 2 compounds would aPCT be sufficient with a bridge into MassFX/HD?
 
Dosing for 3-AD tends to rely greatly on your schedule. Key points to note, of course, are
-Always dose with about 20g of fats
-Don't dose with your first meal or post workout
-Spread out doses 6-8 hours apart.

How long is your 3-AD cycle going to be?

I would advise against staying on PH's/test boosters for more than 12 weeks without a break.
 
why not consume 3-AD with your first meal?

Eating a meal with that many fats will delay the absorption of proteins and carbohydrates into your system. After a long nights sleep, your body is pretty much "running on empty". This is the time of day when you want your nutrition into your body fast. This not only puts the body back into prime muscle-building conditions, but also helps kick-start your metabolism. You don't want to eat a real fatty breakfast.
