Max is 3 months on each, meaning 3 bottles of each. It's going to be hard finding Retain2 nowadays, as it's pretty much all gone (discontinued and sold out), so that's just optional at this point. (Though you could sub in LeanXtreme from DS at the same dosing.)
Dosing for each is pretty straightforward, but can be tricky depending on your schedule. Let's work it out...
Lifting days:
MassFX - 2 pre-w/o, 2 single-cap doses spread throughout the day.
HX2 - 2 pre-bed, 2 single-cap doses spread out.
Retain2/LX - 1 upon waking, 1 4 hrs later, 1 before bed or after your workout.
Off-days:
MFX - 4 single-cap doses spread out.
HX2 - same as above
R2/LX - same as above
