Just curious about CS timing. Dr. D says 6 hours apart. Well, that's kind of impossible for me. So if you would take a look at the "supplements" section of this picture and let me know what you think, it would be awesome.

I dont see any problems with this plan. The only thing I would change, and stress the I, is to move the first CS dose to the 7:15 time slot.

That sounds like a better idea, take it at 7 so I can have it working in between doses.

As for loading CS, I donno. Haven't really thought about it. I think I'll be alright, lol hopefully.
