I've used it in the past while on a bulk. I can't speak a negative thing about it. I was skeptical at first, but it did exactly what AI said it would.

My wife swore that I was sick because I was eating ALL the time.

i had the same results. it takes a couple to kick in but after that you will be eating non-stop
