I've been looking for a replacement for Xtend for quite sometime now and I came across Excell which I think would be good to take its place permanently. Despite what the directions say, can I use several servings(10-12) of Excell throughout the day like Xtend?


Most recovery products use glutamine, but all it does is give me GI distress (Xtend). I can't tell you how many times I'd crapped myself to death of GI distress and glutamine. I noticed Excell does not contain this which I am estatic about, plus the various choices in flavor.


Also too what flavor do you recommend as I noticed you have a good selection to choose from ?

I'm probably going to have to buy this at bb.com because nutraplanet is out.

The artifical sweetner is sucrulose and not aspartame right ? Aspartame also too gives me GI distress in high amount. Thanks !

Thank you for your post. Yes indeed you can mega dose with EXCELL, I do that myself. Most popular flavors are raspberry and strawberry.

You are correct there is NO aspartame.
