But I have a question about the dosing...again...

It says two caps per dose and 2 doses per the mg's.
And there are 120 caps in the bottle, meaning there are 30 days worth, right?

But if one wanted to have the same amount of each substance that is in two scoops of cycle support, it would be a 15 day supply.

Am I on the right track here?...I think I already confused myself..

Yes it is half the dosage of Cycle Support which is why it is less expensive.

Even so. If you are more inclined to take a pill and not a powder, the cost isn't too much more than cycle support.

this is a great idea. i love cycle support but to be honest, i wasn't a fan of scooping it out all the time. lazy? maybe, but a pill version is much more suited to my tastes. 20 bucks a month to keep bloodwork in check? seems like a no-brainer to me.

If you took the recommended dosage for both products, you would get half the dosage from Life Support compared to Cycle Support.

4 capsules of Life Support equals the following:
Red Yeast Rice 600 mg
NAC 600 mg
Silymarin(milk thistle) 500 mg
Hawthorn Berry 500 mg
Saw Palmetto 150 mg
Nettle Root 125 mg
Celery Seed Extract 125 mg
Idebenone 50 mg
Policosonol 10 mg

Two scoops of Cycle Support equals:
Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg
Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 1000 mg
NAC 1200 mg
Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg
Saw Palmetto 300 mg
Policosonol 20 mg
Celery Seed Extract 150 mg
