Ordering by check?

Hi, this may be a stupid question, but how exactly do you pay by check? i tried ordering a 15lber protein blend from the site, and at the drop-down menu i selected "check", but there was no information on how i was to pay w/ the check, was i suppose to submit a check# + routing number or something? somewhere? mail in a check? to where? im stumped.

i usually order from bodybuilding.com because they accept paypal, and its the only method of payment convenient to me. i tried emailing them w/ this question two times (both to [email protected] and [email protected] <-- i was confused as to which email was the actual one, since the "About Us" section links to the chemistry-labs one, and the contact link shows the first one).

any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance!
