problem is whenever i use it it keeps me up at night
i use 2 scoops pre/during my WO and every freakin time i am up till 3 am

It has to be something else. do you work out late in the day, because that can keep you up at night.
I take excell all day even at bedtime, and I've never had any problems sleeping.

so i tried taking the excell during cardio on saturday around noon
went to bed around midnight so i thought once again i was up not as long this time the next day another cardio session - the excell and bam great sleep

Not an explanation but if you're ever interested in a very effective sleep enhancing produts REM is excellent. VEry deep sleep and lots of dreams all night long. Normally, especially on cycle, I wake up to take a leak 2-3 times. On Rem I wake up once or not until the morning, with some serious pine to btw:good: Seems to help decrease muscle soreness also.
