Please don't use UPS for Canadian customers. The shipping rate up front may in fact be better, but they more than make up for it in the astronomical brokering fees they charge Canadian customers to simply cross the stuff through customs. I've often been charged more in brokerage fees than the original shipping charge was!

Yeah, I noticed the same on the customer service. With my order there was a bit of an e-mail mixup where I didn't receive some of the messages sent to me (no idea if my end or there's), but overall the experience was top-notch.
 
It's true. I too have fallen victim to the "UPS surtax"...not a good way to go for Canadian customers.
 
We will UPS for the people who want it and USPS for those who want that.

That sounds perfect. I'll reiterate though, Canadians should beware when it comes to UPS. What you save up front you'll more than make up for when it comes time to sign for your package.

BTW to anyone else reading this the guy placed a BIG AZZ order so I really should be kissing his AZZ.

Besides that my new vow of a kindler gentler attitude to our brother from the North now that I found out they have HUGE reserves of oil. :)

Remember the oil for food program we will be starting. You send me some of your oil sand and I will send you Protein Powder lol

Thanks for the great customer service and I sent you some sand. Don't know if there is oil in it, try squeezing it a lot. The worse it can do is serve as stress relief when you hear a "ba-ding" and you have new mail.
