Is it suitable for oncycle with x-factor? Does it have EFA's I would like to order some because you have so much original flavours, makes me want to buy them all!

Thanks!

I would say IF it does, then all protein powder has EFA's
I don't know 100% one way or the other.

Does the manufacturer of X-factor have a list of the products to avoid.

CROWLER

X FACTOR

Serving Size: 1 Softgel
Servings Per Container: 100

Amount Per Serving:

Arachidonic Acid: 250mg

Other Ingredients:
AA Oil (a proprietary blend of arachidonic acid, palmitic acid, steric acid, linoleic acid, y-linolenic acid, dihomo-y-linolenic acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lignoceric acid, and other fatty acids), gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel color, and carob.

Those are the ingredients of X factor. Protein doesn't necessarily interfere with anything. In fact you definitely want a lot of it. As for EFA's, there shouldn't be any in the WPI protein CROWLER sells. If there is it would be a very negligable amount, such as 0.5g.

The peanut butter protein ROCKS though I can tell you that ;).

Well, I just would have liked to know if it has peanut oil in it. I wasn't sure...

Oh ok. Well if it does it is only 0.5g per serving as that is what is on the label. But I will check with what kind of fat it has.

newer evidence suggests that EFA's are perfectly fine with x factor. just dont go nuts eating fatty fish or peanut butter with every meal. the only thing to watch out for now is NSAIDS i believe. ill be running x factor at 1250mg/day with Beasts diet for contest prep which is high in EFA's so ill provide personal feedback soon.

IMO, you cant take them together. This is what I have been told. But sacrifice 120$ just to eat EFA's? Not sure. It works now, and I dont want to screw it up.
