website problem

i normally wouldn't have made a new thread for this...but with the INSANITY SALE rules... :)

anyway i just wanted to point out a little issue with the website. with the added images at the top of the screen for the new products, the width of the site no longer fits in a 1024x768 window. Everything on the right side of the site is getting pushed off the screen. it really messes with the look of the page plus it hides important content.

you might want to consider rearranging the images into 2 rows, or maybe shortening the product names to take up less space, being that screens greater than 1024 are still relatively uncommon, and even for people that do have them, it forces them to use a very large window to fit the width of the site.

hope you find this useful :D

I don't think changing the length of the names would change that or even making 2 columns instead of 3 because the banner at the top and the shopping cart.

I have never heard this before from anyone, but when I put my monitor on 1024 I got the same as you got.

But I did find it a useful post lol

it's because the images are extending the row that the banner is in, if you look the grey "extended" part of the banner is not actually image data, it's just html background. And the cart stuff is just right-justified, so it will always be at the far right of the screen, however far over there it happens to be.

it's definitely the product link images causing the issue. as a quick test for a fix i'd just throw a line break in after the cycle support image and you should see everything snap back into place.

yes it fits nicely now. the text for the wpi and wpc looks a little weird since it's different than the others but the width is good now at 1024.

maybe rather than shrinking the text you could make it "whey isolate" and "Whey blend" so it'd fit at the same size as the other products' text. up to you though on that one, obviously

I thought I did make it whey isolate and whey blend no? Maybe refresh your screen

BTW thanks for the help. I taught myself html from a book a couple months ago.
