Got about 6 hours or so of sleep last night. Back isn't too sore. Debating whether or not to hit shoulders or cardio after work and school.

Nothing too crazy, but I was still sore from my back and bicep workout from the day before. And, I did 15 minutes of fasted cardio on the exercise bike this morning.
I don't normally do them, but I am going to start doing shoulder day separate. I used to do shoulders and legs together, so I added some exercises. I do lateral raises at the same time.Originally Posted by jiggamanbill

Yeah - for sure - when I first got into lifting, it was all too easy to fall into the trap of trying to keep up with what other guys were doing. I was just rambling about this the other day, nowadays it's just me & the weights...
