The glycobol has been great. I wake up so full it's not even funny. I think it has also helped my carb sensitivity alot. I don't blow up with water when I eat carbs now.

Yeah I just broke it down... I like to have multiple meals during the day.Originally Posted by Celorza
Im glad you feel this on glycobol and I am thinking I feel the same
I used to be able to eat 90-100 carbs at one setting, not anymore. I can do them postworkout but not for breakfast or I feel too full
Sorry for the lack of updates. Moved back into school this past weekend and classes have started. I will try and post something tonight.
But Glycobol RULES!
one occasional high carb day can really help those gains
many loggers have moved in to their dorms this week
what do you notice on the glycobol? I noticed you said you dont feel the bloat you once felt when taking in lots of carbs?
Alright, finally a little time.
So far, so good. Recently switched to a cutting phase to drop some of this fat I have put on. Taking 1 serving pre-workout, and 1 serving post workout. Leaning out a bit on 3100 calories and 260 grams of carbs. Still staying pretty full, but a little flatter then before. Minimal water retention.
Curious to see how Glycobol treats me as I continue getting leaner.
So far so good. Still staying pretty full, even on restricted calories. I don't get blood sugar crashes after a big carb meal like I used to. Thats pretty cool.
Only have a couple more days of Glycobol left ...but I will definitely be picking more up.
very good to hear
my calorie intake is around 3000, some days more some less, depends on the day. and I weigh about what you do and decently lean-similar metabolisms maybe
In and all caught up. Holy transformation man!!
Glad to hear glycobol worked out for you with staying fuller and carb "bloat"
In on this
Love glycobol. Count me in.
