I just saw that the company decided to use my short review, up to this point on the Swole Stack and post it to their reviews of the product, thank you very much, I didn't expect this to happen.
By the way News years eve went well, stayed away from all the crap food and I am waiting for my next order to come by UPS so I can continue this stack for another month.
My weight is currently at 263 down from 279, taking in alot of protein, brown rice and broccoli. even though I am still quite big I am seeing defenition in places I haven't seen in years, lots of veins and a contant pump. Energy levels stay constant throughout the day, Anyone willing to try this stack I truly believe will benefit from a solid 2 months of use.
My current goals are for me to get my weight down to 210 pounds .
Besides the swole stack i also take the following......fish oil, multivitamin, whey protein, BCAA's, especially Leucine.
