It shouldn't. Dont see how it would.. Only thing saw palmetto decreases the absorption rate of is Iron.

saw palmetto MAY block 5-ar very mildly (same thing that propecia does only much more mild)

it may not matter that much Ive used saw palmetto on a ph cycle before and still gained fine

i took saw palmetto for my SD cycle and i dont think it affected anything. Milk thistle did though, not guna take that for liver supp again

i like the benefits of nettle, it's just my preference. since starting trt nettle[divaniil] has become a staple.
