its a very good product, use it intra workout...works like a charm for endurance, and recovery....mix it the night before and refrigerate it though, mixes better that way....as i said in my log...it cures everything including std's

BUT YEAH THE MIXING IS QUITE DIFFICULT BUT WORTH IT!
