what are your goals? you once said you want to compete right? or do you just want to look like a lean and buff guy? because you have already achieved that and you know how that works
if your goal is to become massive the below applies
In your case you are a special case, you do not eat any meats because of your religion. Moreover, eating meats packs on mass faster on you than any supplement. Ever heard the saying food is the ultimate anabolic? well it is true. I think as long as you are getting in adequate protein in though out the day you are fine. In short you need to eat meat to grow
I look at bcaa's and luecine as supplements and think dietary habits need to be in place first before resorting to supplements. you can ask any body builder and they will tell you the same. yes supplements have their place and are good, stack them on top of an already sound diet and you'll see much faster and better results.Further, I am not here to convince you to start eating meats I am just pointing out doing what works, if you are not doing what works you are not getting full benefits.
All the logic in the world can not convince you because you have been programmed from child hood to believe eating meats is a sin, we have all been taught things, as we grow up it is our responsibly to program in what beliefs are useful for us and what beliefs are ready to be put aside. That is our choice or we can hang onto beliefs that are ingrained in the subconscious. That is a whole other subject on the mind, subconscious mind and how to program in what you want into your subconscious mind.
I totally believe you can achieve great things and think it is possible for you to do great things with your body with out using meats(you already have done mazing things with your body since you started),however, if you want much much better results do what works man.
Since you are not currently not eating meats Recover pro would work fine with your meals. That is my opinion from my almost eight years of body building and competing in the NGA organization as an amateur and it meant to be of help.
I want every one to respect this guys choice for not eating meats, his decision and only he can make the change. No harassing him like some guys have done in the past okay.
