Carbloading is great when on those diets
How many do you shoot for in a day.
I get around 800. But on realllllllly good days I've gotten 12-1400g.
Pretty awesome. What I will suggest tho bro is every 200-300 carbs do 2 sets to failure of pushups, pullups and body weight squats and if you have a resistance band on set of bis one of trie and 2 for shoulders (one press one raise) and do 50 situps
It'll swell your muscle bellys insanely.
Do you do depletion workouts on your carb loads too?
