    How would glycobol work for an endurance athlete like a competitive swimmer? No issues for a woman uses it, correct? thanks.

    TOTALLY fine, more glycogen to the muscles equals more endurance. Safe for women as well. Use for 8 weeks and then take off 4-8 weeks.

  3. Try starting off with one cap of Glycobol on the first dose.

    If your lady friend is going to give it a try, I suggest even considering only one cap on the first day. I would consider one cap the first day, two caps (split AM and PM) the second day, and then dose accordingly from there. Be sure to eat enough carbs and it doesn't hurt to avoid fats with the Glycobol doses.

  5. I agree with Stxnas start with 1 cap for a few days till your body adjusts it is pretty potent stuff.
