Try starting off with one cap of Glycobol on the first dose.
If your lady friend is going to give it a try, I suggest even considering only one cap on the first day. I would consider one cap the first day, two caps (split AM and PM) the second day, and then dose accordingly from there. I agree with Stxnas start with 1 cap for a few days till your body adjusts it is pretty potent stuff.
