It's 16 capsules of each. That's technically four days for each.

Some users are using Motivate at two and three capsules at a time, so it could potentially last longer. Perform can be used at two caps AM and two caps PM on a daily basis OR it can be used at four caps pre-ACTIVITY...if you know what I mean...
