What was ur diet like previously before the weight in?
For sure it can help with upregulation of glut 4 translocation and with the uptake of carbs and insulin sensitivity in muscle will come water weight and hydration. So ur carb load may help u retain that hydration and extra carbs to fuel your activity

Sorry I didn't give much info. I was thinking of using glycobol after a 24 hour weigh in for a powerlifting meet. Before the weigh in my diet is high protein, moderate carbs, moderate fat. To make weight I can usually lose about 10 lbs just by cutting water and foods about 16 hours before the weigh in. To replenish weight I usually consume starchy foods, water, pedialyte etc... Just wanted to know if glycobol would be better at getting water and carbs to my muscls instead of just my waistline

Oh yea absolutly. Have u thought bout slowly lowering carb intake and then by the time ur at the weigh in ur at low carb so u get some sweet supercompensation and insane strength whenu add carbs back in
And to answer ur question very simply gbol will help replenish glucogen and increase its storage along w that comes water

Glycobol is great for refeeds, I suggest taking glycobol 30 minutes before eating, but when you eat, POUND the carbs, the glycogen storing capabilites of glycobol are amazing, we constant feedback from people who notice more endurance and increased when cycling glycobol. The fact that you are depleting carbs from your body at the moment, only means more pronounced effects for glycobol to kick in.

Thanks for the input everyone. Now one last thing I'd like to know is should I stick with normal dosing or should increase it since I will be consuming way more carbs than normal?

The best things for after a weigh-in:
Glucose Partitioner (15 minutes prior)
32 oz of water with 80g WMS/25g SuperCarb/15g BCAA, 1 B-50 cap, and 1 tsp potassium gluconate
45 minutes later
Clean meal of lean protein (4 oz or so) along with a heaping portion of carbs (pasta, rice, potatoes) and 3-4 servings of fruit
2 hours later
another of the WMS drink
After that slow grazing and sipping until 2-3 hours prior to fight. 1 gallon of water is ~8 lbs (or 1 pint/lb), so adjust your consumption as necessary.
