Dosing/Timing for Applied Nutriceuticals RPM, Drive, and NeoVar Recomped for vette00
I am 26 and weights 230lbs. I workout M<T<TH<F around 10:00am and I wake up at 8:00am. Because I workout so close to the time I wake up would I mess up the dosing?
Here is what i am planning to do, correct me if I am wrong
DRIVE- 1 before breakfast, 1 in the afternoon between meals
RPM- 5 pre-workout
NEOVAR- 1 post workout, 1 with dinner
Also, what would u recommend the type of carb/sugar be w/ Neovar?

Second, did you read the dosing/timing recommendations on the labels???
This is the CORRECT dosing/timing for YOU:
Drive
Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 4 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 3 caps 60-80 min pre-gym
Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 4 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 3 caps 6-8 hours post dose-1 (at least 30-45 min pre-meal if eating near dosing)
RPM
Resistance Training Days
Dose - 4 caps 60-80 min pre-gym
Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose - 2 caps first thing in the morning (or if you do cardio, 60-80 min pre-cardio)
NeoVar Recomped
Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 3 caps 15-20 min pre-meal* either earlier or later in the day from gym (i.e. dinner)
Dose 2 - 3 caps immediately post-gym (and then eat a meal* 15-20 min later)
Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 3 caps 15-20 min pre-meal* (i.e. breakfast)
Dose 2 - 3 caps 15-20 min pre-meal* (i.e. dinner)
* All meals following NeoVar Recomped dosing should contain at least 50g of carbohydrates to get the most effect from the product. You can use any type of carbohydrate with NeoVar. Post-gym simple sugars are best, to aid in glycogen replenishment and recovery.
