Hey guys, just ordered a tube of Essentials + Joint Complex for my gf, she does a little (not very heavy) weight training and swims a bit also.
We were wondering, since she does not excercise hardcore, if she had to take the full dose or if half a dose (1 serving per day) would be more cost effective for her.
She must be around 5ft 5" tall and weight 132 lbs
