I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on how to run glycobol for my upcoming cut/recomp. I am trying to eat slightly over maintenance cals, but with low amounts of carbs. Any suggestions or experience shared would be appreciated!!!

1/2 cup mixed nuts
4 slices deli shaved turkey
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 piece chicken
1/2 cup broccoli
20 g protein
40 g protein
1 cup oats
Definitely 2 caps with breakfast. I'm not sure when you workout, but it doesn't seem like you have a big CHO meal around your workout, which is where I would place the 2nd dose. You can just do 1 cap with lunch and 1 cap with another meal with carbs.
I know I read something Dr. D had said about dosing glycobol at night, is that more for a gh effect? BTW I am running this as part of a recomp.
There are many ways to boost GH naturally. Deep sleep + low blood sugar + hyperaminoacidemia is a consistent, cheap and simple way to do this.
- Stop eating carbs at least 2hrs before bed
- Take 1-2 gbols
- Take a scoop of EAA or BCAA or protein powder, or some Mucuna (l-dopa), or an arginine based stack, or whatever you normally use to promote GH levels.
It's that simple. You'll start noticing what I mean pretty quickly.

Use it on a cut. I've been dosing 4/day for 3 months and can't gain fat. Trust me I've tried

How do you take the Glycobol? Only with meals or do you take one of them before bed?
