    Essentials w/jc and Xtend is great. I like it so far. What does everyone else like to take before, during and after workout? I may switch it up some.

    after a workout ESSENTIALS AND WAXYMAIZE!!!!!!!!

    Pre workout 1 scoop essentials and 1 scoop Chaos with the Pre workout meal!

  3. Essentials but the Xtend sounds like a great idea.

  4. I would like to have xtend, purple wraath and essentials. But too much BA in there for me. What is the max limit for daily BA consumption?

  5. I personally like essentials+joint complex, phosphatidylserine, cissus quadrangulus(1g), x-tend, Ashwagandha, oryx goat whey 1 scoop, 1 bananna, and banaba.
    doing my own thang!
