Invalid Link Removed
i copy pasted this from the link above. personaly i have used 3-4 scoops of CS at some time and never had problems re lated to anxiety. It must be a probable side effect that some people had when they did a study or something.
NAC

Produced by the body, N-acetylcysteine (commonly called NAC) is a form of the amino acid cysteine. Because it enhances the production of the enzyme glutathione, one of the body's powerhouse antioxidants, NAC can both stave off disease and play an important role in boosting the immune system. Studies have shown that glutathione levels are often reduced in people with certain conditions related to the immune system.

For more than three decades, NAC has been used as a mucolytic ("mucus dissolving") agent to help break up the thick mucus often present in people suffering from chronic respiratory ailments. When administered intravenously, NAC has also proved invaluable in the treatment of acetaminophen overdose; it appears to protect the liver from this potentially toxic substance. Now widely available in supplement form, NAC is currently being recommended for preventing and treating a wide variety of ailments that may respond to its antioxidant properties. 3

It can cause anxiety and nervousness

So does caffeine - but it's still in a shi* load of supplements because its desired action outweighs its side-effects.

I'm guessing that if NAC causes any anxiety or nervousness that it's a dose dependant side-effect, and that you would have to really exceed the doseage on cycle support for it to have a negative effect on you. I've been taking 1 or 2 scoops a day for a while and I have not experienced any problems with it.

I have never experienced anxiety or nervousness at the recommended dosage. Is there a study you are getting this information from? If so, do you mind posting it?

I have straight NAC and have never experienced any anxiety with it. I've also used Cycle Support several times with no side effects.
