| Registered User | 90/70 CC measure cups in ATW shipment = to what # of Grams? All.. Got my Milk Protein Isolate and Whey Isolate along with some samples yesterday... In the Milk Protein canister, there was a 90 cc measuring cup, and in a sealed plastic bag outside everything else there was a 70 cc measuring cup. Seeing how the MPI and WPI both say a serving is 28.4 grams, which of these should I be using and why are there two separate cups that ATW provided? Thanks all. |

| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | The bulk density of the both products varies. Much like a pound of sugar and a pound of flour they are both a pound but they occupy a different amount of space.
