im looking to place an order and im debating between calcium cesein and millecular casein, which one is better for a night-time shake. i mean which one absorbs the slowest. the calcium casein is cheaper so im hoping theres no difference.
I personally like Micellar Casein over calcium caseinate because of the extra growth factors and because its completely undenatured. If you are strapped for cash though the CC is perfectly fine.
