Cinnamon Bun low carb cereal.
For those of us on low carb diets cereal is usually not an option. Anyone that every tried mini carbs low carb cereal probably is not running out to try flaxseed cereal again. But this is pretty good. Can be heated or cold (need to add a lot more liquid for hot) the numbers are approximations. Also for people on ketosis type diets you can leave out the hood and use heavy whipping cream and water for a 0 net carb and higher calorie meal. This stuff is pretty filling. It was also sweet for my taste, more like frosting. Still I need the fiber and the fat so..
½ cup of hodgson mill milled flax seed.
1 scoop or to taste of ATW Cinnamon Bun Isolate
½ cup of Hood Calorie Countdown less for cold, more for hot, avg
18.5 grams of fiber
2 grams of net carbs
43 grams of protein
26 grams of fat. 12 are omega 3 oils.
423 calories total
note: add the CB AFTER you cook it if your eating it hot
