Mpi?

I am one of the lucky few who get bloated off of whey protein. My abdomen is bloated throughout the day on whey, which I can lose it by eating all whole food for about 2-3 days. Do you think Milk Protein Isolate would be o.k., no bloat? I am open to any other suggestions also, thanks.

Giving the MPI a try is definately worth a shot. For the last few months i have been getting 5 pounds each of cinnamon bun WPI and chocolate MPI. I just mix the two together and end up with roughly 60% whey and 40 % casein. I use it for pre/post workout or throughout the day ad love it. I will also make "sludge" with it by adding some pb and water and mixing. Very tastey. On another note.....MPI does not mix that well. You need a really good shaker....like the one from nutraplanet with the ball in it or a spoon to break i up. It makes much thicker shakes though that seem more filling.

I say give the mpi a try.

Just not understanding? I know it is a complete protein, does that mean I am getting the whey fraction also? Just trying to avoid that from a bloat standpoint. Do not really care about consistency or taste just want to try a protein w/o whey to see how that goes. I may go egg route if I have to. And I realize whey is filtered from milk originally, so I am a little confused. Any other info would be greatly appreciated, thanks so far.

it could also be that u are using a whey concentrate instead of a mor pure isolate. What proteins have u tried?

I agree, that could be a possibility. I am currently using Dymatize elite( majority isolate w/ concentrate also) Maybe just a straight isolate could be the answer, I guess I could buy an isolate a try that out?
