Cutomer Service - HAHA!!!!! Not so Good

I placed an online order July 2nd (order # 4610). Received a telephone call on my answereing machine on July 3rd stating that there was a problem with my order. It appeared that one of my proteins didn't show up the flavor and I needed to contact customer service. I emailed customer service on July 3rd, I then emailed Rob on July 5th after not hearing back from customer service and then I emailed Matt on July 6th after not hearing back from Rob. I then called customer service on July 9th after still not hearing anything back from anyone. Customer service was gone after 4pm est and I don't get off work until 5pm. The phone message I received when I called said that they would be back in at 7pm. I called back after 7pm and did get to talk to someone but he told me that he couldn't help me and that someone would have to call me back the next day. He told me that he would put a priority on my message. It is now the next day at 5:30pm and guess what, I didn't get a phone call but I did finally receive a read receipt from where Matt read my email. It is not like I only ordered 5lbs of protein. I ordered a little over 50 lbs ($340 worth). The bad thing about this is I will be out of protein after tomorrow. This SUCKS. I have ordered all my protein needs from All The Whey for some time now.

For this, you should get your protein for half price and have next day priority shipping! This scenario is a nightmare!

I called again today about my order at around 1:30pm and was told that the person I needed to talk to was not there but would be back in fifteen minutes. Guess what again, no return phone call. I still don't know anything. This is rediculous. It looks like I'll just start buying my $700-800 of protein a year somewhere else.
 
After ten days from the original order date and four telephone calls to All The Whey, two emails to customer service, one email to Matt, and one email to Rob(Director of Sales) I finally got to talk to someone today about my order and hopefully got it shipped today. The person I got to talk to had no explanation as to why customer service, Matt or Rob had not returned my phone calls or emails. The only thing I got for waiting ten days with no order, running out of protein two days ago, my wasted time on writing emails and making telephone calls was "I'm sorry". I'm still waiting for someone at ATW to respond to this thread also. Everyone that reads this thread take heed if you order from ATW. I'm probably about 99% sure I will be spending my $1250 per year on whey, creatine, glutamine, and post workout powder somewhere else. I've never been treated like this from other, now prefered, protein sources.
 
They never return phone calls or e-mails. I had to take my business elsewhere, even though it's a good product ( I finaly received it after more than a month). LOL
 
This is the fifth day this thread has been on the AWT forum without an ATW board mod response. They must not care about their customers any seeing that it appears like they don't even visit their forum any to see what is going on. Just my opinion.





MOD EDIT: For the hundreth time, THIS ISN'T THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM. THEY HAVE PHONE NUMBERS, THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND THEIR OWN EMAIL. USE IT AND STOP CLUTTERING UP THE BOARD!
