Hey Matt I placed an order for some isolate samples (I contacted you prior to see if the cinnamon bun could be thrown in) and was just wondering what the status of my order was. On the email I recived after placing it it has not gone to "shipped" status and have yet to recieve the samples. I just wanted to see if it was still on its way. I tried emailing and pms but know your busy so figured this would be the best place to get ya at. If it matters the order number is yhst-69386504854531-2574.

Yeah, he must be very busy. I did the same thing, PM's, e-mails and no response whatsoever from his part. My advise to you is that you contact the entire allthewhey staff like I did and if you are lucky enough someone will eventually answer you. Rob Reed and Biniam were the ones that took care of me.

Also I experinced the same problem that you describe, I never got the e-mail notification of my order being shipped, maybe there is something wrong with the system.

Hi, This was posted after I had left for the night so I didn't see it until now. When you contact me the first time I communicated the need to get order status and a tracking number to you from our customer service department. I CC'd the VP of sales on it as well. They are implamenting a new system, which will be good once it is up and running, but right now I have to depend on others to get order tracking information for me.

I have just left a voice mail messege and sent a priority email messege to the VP of sales tonight saying that Customer serviec has not followed through and that he needs to take action personally

Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
