Ive tried pming you and you havent replied. Im still waiting for my order.

It was placed on 3/3 and I havent heard a thing. Can someone PLEASE either cancel the order and refund my money or ship it to me?

I was told that your order and some free product was shipped to you by my VP who said he did it himself. THis was a while ago. Already left a voice mail for him and sent 3 priority emails to him and others about it when I saw your PM. I got your address so I am going to send you some WPI myself too.
 
Since nothing was happening on your end, I ended up calling customer service. Last week (4/26/ or so) Im not sure if its your fault, or someone elses fault, but either way emailing you wasnt working.

I spoke to rob and he looked into it for me, and someone else with an accent called me back saying it was delievered 3/7/07. I told him it wasnt here, since matt told me a week earlier that it hadnt been shipped and id seen online that I never got a UPS number or anything. He told me doctor so/so signed for it. I asked him why id have to sign for protein, that didnt even make sense so he needed to figure it out. He told me he'd call me back. He never did.
The next day I had a ups tracking number. They did include some freebe's though, so thanks for that.

So I ordered 3/3/07.
FINALLY Received 5/1/07.



If I order again I think ill just call rob, cause it seems everyone else over there is busy doing something else. Ive had a problem before with ordering online, youd think you might want to get that fixed (not matt personally :P) . I know im not the only one who has complained about poor shipping and customer service.

How has everyone elses experience been lately?
 
Being the fact i'm here a whole hell of a lot I can say i've seen a trend lately of much happier customers who have been saying their products have been shipping out and getting to their door much faster.

I am glad that the product got there. I can tell you that since day #1 I have communicated your situation to every person at every level at ALL The Whey and it was efforts on my part leading right up until last week that finally yielded results. It took me digging up the origianl invoice for the third time that somehow had been lost in the system and also lost each time I provided copies to people here to follow through on.

I am going to have my Vp write up an apology for you that will be a testiment to my efforts. I have no expalnation as to why your order took forever to be reolved. It was not for lack of effort on my part as each time you contacted me at least three other people on this end were informed too. I even brought it up at least 2 or 3 times a week when you didn't contact me as well. Short of carrying it on my back and hiking it to you mysself I did everything humanly possible and despite my best efforts the ball was continually dropped. I still can't expalin why as I got headaches from screaming about to people here daily.

Anyhow, I want you to know that you are the last of the "old era" at All The Whey....as Jayhawkk testified and as I can produce proof of...since March many things have turned around. Most orders are going out same or next day...bigger and weekend orders within 48 hours. That's right! I said SAME DAY. AND there has not been one issue to speak of in at least a month and a half.

You can call Rob if you want to in the future, but I am the one who worked tirelessly for you and who can Garauntee that nothing like what you experienced will ever happen again...if you don't call me personally to place the order then please put in the comments of your order that you are theseus from AM and you won't ever have to deal with someone that doesn't know what the scoop is. I will make sure that Myself and our plant manager deal with it personally. Not to mention I can throw more freebies in your next order too just as I had done this time. That reminds me, we are supposed to be getting t-shirts again soon.

Anyhow I am sorry for your experience and I hope you will give me a call I am here in the evening 7 to 10pm + weeknights and 10 to 5pm Saturdays @ 800-866-1970

I just recently placed my first two orders from ATW and both orders arrived VERY quickly, with no problems at all. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future as well.
 
Thanks Rpen, sometimes negative threads can overshadow the positive comments. It's nice when the happy customers share their experience as we know usually(thank God not a big issue here at AM)people will make effort to complain but not the same is given to praise.

As much as i see BM communicating and trying to straighten things out is a testiment to his loyalty to the customers. When he says call, email, PM...Please do it so he can work things out.

And Im not looking to place blame on you, as I cant see what goes on behind the scenes. But I do know that I had emailed you on a weekly basis for at least a month, and it was not until I called Rob that I finally saw progress.

I didnt post this to try to deter people from shopping with you guys. I have been a customer for close to 2 years.

Plus, im actually running low on MPI...so :think:

I just wanted to say I placed a follow up order on a saturday night and received it wednesday of that week!

Looks like things are back to normal...or actually better.

Instead of creating a new thread I figure Ill just ask here. Just wanted to see if you had recieved my pm regarding an order I placed (a little while ago.) Just wanted to make sure you recived it.
 
hey big matt i tried make an order with all teh whey site and i didnt find if you shipp to ALGERIA i didnt find it in teh drop list!
