Ive tried pming you and you havent replied. Im still waiting for my order.
It was placed on 3/3 and I havent heard a thing. Can someone PLEASE either cancel the order and refund my money or ship it to me?

Since nothing was happening on your end, I ended up calling customer service. Last week (4/26/ or so) Im not sure if its your fault, or someone elses fault, but either way emailing you wasnt working.
I spoke to rob and he looked into it for me, and someone else with an accent called me back saying it was delievered 3/7/07. I told him it wasnt here, since matt told me a week earlier that it hadnt been shipped and id seen online that I never got a UPS number or anything. He told me doctor so/so signed for it. I asked him why id have to sign for protein, that didnt even make sense so he needed to figure it out. He told me he'd call me back. He never did.
The next day I had a ups tracking number. They did include some freebe's though, so thanks for that.
So I ordered 3/3/07.
FINALLY Received 5/1/07.
If I order again I think ill just call rob, cause it seems everyone else over there is busy doing something else. Ive had a problem before with ordering online, youd think you might want to get that fixed (not matt personally) . I know im not the only one who has complained about poor shipping and customer service.
How has everyone elses experience been lately?
Being the fact i'm here a whole hell of a lot I can say i've seen a trend lately of much happier customers who have been saying their products have been shipping out and getting to their door much faster.
Well I do appreciate the response. Ive said many times that your prices are among the best online.
And Im not looking to place blame on you, as I cant see what goes on behind the scenes. But I do know that I had emailed you on a weekly basis for at least a month, and it was not until I called Rob that I finally saw progress.
I didnt post this to try to deter people from shopping with you guys. I have been a customer for close to 2 years.
Plus, im actually running low on MPI...so :think:

I just wanted to say I placed a follow up order on a saturday night and received it wednesday of that week!
Looks like things are back to normal...or actually better.
