Whey Hasn't Arrived

It has been 11 days(not counting weekends) since my order is shipped via USPS on 01/08/07 but i've yet to receive my order. I understand there isn't any tracking avaliable via USPS shipping but it has already exceeded the 2-9 delivery days.

I've already emailed your customer service team and hopefully this issue can be resolved.
