Hey Matt ,i know this is not your fault so don't take it that way. Just commenting on the shipping this past year in regards to your Canadian Customers. Before i would never have to deal with customs fees on orders...many which were 50lbs. I have been a customer over the years and was never charged with this ridiculous fee. This year however is a different story. An order just a 1.5 months ago of 5lbs p.b was tagged with a nice 25$ customs fee at my door. You guys recommend putting "Gift" under the comment so i put that as well as please do not add additional shipping fees so that you guys know what im talking about. Today at the door along with the cinna-bun is 25$ fee being held by mr ups man. I will report back in the poll regarding the flavor after my workout tonite. However im still disatisfied with these shipping fees , as they do not make you guys any more of a conveinent and cash saving protein retailer than my local supplement/health store.
Again, not nagging to you Matt as im sure u have no say in this issue, just notifying other Cdn members or seeing if theres anyway around this for possible future purchases.
