Just wondering what i sthe slower digesting of the 2,calcium caseinate or milk protein isolate.I cant afford 15-20 lbs of micelluar casein so Im gonna go with one of these 2.

Using it for mrps through the day for a nice steady stream of aminos. Most people will say that whole food is better but Im behind the wheel all day and its not real safe to try and fight with a fork in Myrtle Beach traffic, lol. Thanks

Caseinate is only casein(slow) and milk is about 80% casein(slow) and 20% whey(fast).

Thanks for answering that! Was real busy last night and didn't see the post until now.

How is the mixability of the calcium caseinate? The milk protein mixed pretty good, but whatever didnt mix at the bottom turned to concrete.

Hey Matt, how about some custom ATW shaker cups with agitators, say for 10lb and over orders?Just a suggestion.Especially for the casein proteins. Thanks a ton.
