Sorry to say it because I like your company and your prices but honestly your shipping system is not up to par. I made my order on the 23rd and I only got the notice that my order was shipped today the 28th. Even with nothing happening on the weekend, this is the fourth business day since the order. I would have expected a shipment on Monday. Tuesday at the LATEST but it's Thursday today
My order is going to come on the 4th of October which is just shy of two weeks from my order date. I'm in a house with 6 guys that all work out and order protein routinely and I'm sorry to say but we're going to have to reconsider before we order next time.
Nothing against your product at all which I'm very satisfied with, but your shipping department might have lost you 6 customers... maybe more
