I ordered a 5 lb. jug of Milk Protein Isolate on 8/14 and I have not received my package yet. I live in Maine and this was shipped via UPS Ground. Why the delay? I get the tracking number yestersday which leads me to believe that this was just shipped yesterday!! :mad:

I also asked your company to contact me via telephone as I have to go out of my way to access a computer (no internet access at work or at home for the time being) and you have not called me. True, this is only a 30 buck order, but I have ordered from you in the past and I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere unless this is cleared up quickly. I also e-mailed you twice- one to a guy named Greg, and one to customer service.....No response.

The product was listed in stock, and you have already been paid. What is going on? Why won't you call me as I have asked?
