I got that and I sent it to our service manager at [email protected] AND I asked that he take care of it right away. I will forward his response directly to you when I get it - I can only apologize that I am not in the office today to check it out myself - BUT IT WILL BE EXPLAINED and rectified.

Laura, I still have not heard anything back from you. I finally got my order....but it is not complete. I don't want to complain, but this is not the best service to say the least.
 
Sorry - I was trying to compare ship sheets to see what was missing from the second shipment......no excuses, but could you tell me what was missing from the box? I can just prepare the label myself and resend the missing item in the AM.

PS - not to be flippant - but Ferris Bueller IS my favorite movie of all time.
 
Not flippant at all....FB is a great movie, thus the allusion.

As for whats missing, I never received any of the "laura" comments supplies (the 60 caps), nor did I ever hear anything about getting the summer discount....since it took about a week longer to ship than normal (and the discount I think kicked in about 2 days after I placed the order).

Thanks. I know your doing your best. And as for what I did receive, Im very pleased. Flavoring and quality (on my dig. system) is what Ive come to expect from ATW.
