Bulking:
SXULB52 had it real close to what I was thinking. Though I wouldn't bother with Glutamine; personally I think Glutamine is worthless.
A bulking stack would be WPI and CEE. The third product is tough though because you want something that boost insulin sensitivity. Problem is there are 3 amino acids which do that really well, and 2 of them only do so well when stacked together:
So I guess a good bulking stack would be:
Whey Protein Isolate
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Taurine
If there were a way, I would say Taurine, Arginine, and Lysine, because Arginine and Lysine boost insulin sensitivity and when stacked increase GH output as well. Taurine though would help with focus in the gym as well as boost insulin sensitivity. That's why this one is a tough call.

Calcium Caseinate (plenty of calcium along with the protein; prevent bone leeching from excessive protein intake)
Glucosamin Chondroitin (we all know this helps joints)
Fish Oil (lubricates joints)
