there is some ATW bashing going on at anabolicminds. ripping on product and service...swolecat (who i thought was a proponent of your product) was busy trashing your company. just another reason i will never have respect for that pompous $%&*&.

i've ordered from you in the past...and from what i read on this board...customer service isn't a problem...and if a problem arises..it's handled properly. a

anyway..just thought you should know what a "friend" is saying about you.
 
Thanks - we have taken some hits from SwoleCat and WE DO NOT SPONSOR WITH HIM OR HIS BOARD!!!!! He has made it really clear that he hates me and my company. I wish him sucess, happiness and good fortune.

Personally, I prefer the company of Anabolic Minds and I will just leave it at that.


I will be the first to admit that the roof collapse in December really bit us on the butt, but we have recovered and I hope that I was able to make it up to any and all that were inconvenienced by it......... I have never ever had anything but the best to say about THIS BOARD and I am grateful for each and everyone of you.

I lost a board that I really, really liked due to the excessive shipping delay that we experienced and that hurt AND SOME PEOPLE (SC) seemed to really enjoy my pain. I was sorry to lose the board but still have the utmost respect for the owner/founder (JSF) but understood completely his dilemma and it was purely a business decision, yet it hurt, personally but it made me appreciate the support and loyalty of AM even more!!!!!!!!

Laura, just want you to know that you are very classy when you have handled the problems in the past. Your company is top notch and Im glad that you will sticking around here!
 
sorry..i meant anabolicreview..that's where the bashing took place. i think it speaks volume as to his character (something i pointed out and got banned for over there...the guy always needs his ego stroked and it's all about what you can do for him). the way you conduct business is evident..personable and helpful. good job.
 
I do LOVE this board, even Salv, who has every right to be mad as I am having a heck of time getting his USPS track from the office AND HE WILL GET IT!!!!! I only handle domestic, that is my excuse.


I do know that Swole is considered quite a powerful guy in the BB world and has certainly worked hard enough at it - I actually used to really like him, personally and then........we had this mean banter going back and forth and he was able to do what NO ONE had done before, he got under my thick skin and made me lose my temper!!!! So, I said some nasty things publically about him and I had to eat crow and apologize - that really sucked. So now, I just smile when I hear his name and just send good wishes his way. He can bash and bash and it will NOT affect me!!!!

What matters is that the ship problems have been solved and we are WHEY BACK with quality product at an affordable price and WE WOULD BE NOTHING without the support and loyalties of the boards that we are honored to work with - and Anabolic Review is NOT one of them.

I've never had an issue that wasn't handled professionally by ATW. I got an order once that tasted like it didn't have enough flavouring in it. They issued a pick up, 2 days later I had new whey. You can't beat that for service. Of couse I live close enough to lob 155mm shells into their yard! :twisted: Just remember that Laura!!

Well he does have a site thats sell protein powder with good customer service, but at a much higher price and only three favors. Maybe thats why he's bashing you because he's losing money.
 
You know what - it is all good!!!! There is enough business for EVERYONE on the 'net and I did learn one thing ------- I will NEVER publically lose my temper again with anyone. It accomplishes nothing AND it just makes you feel like crap.

I am just grateful for those customers that stuck with us when the roof collapsed, we were lucky BUT it can never happen again.

AM is my favorite board and you WILL NOT find me saying that anywhere else....No one even comes close.
