Guys -

Geez, I am sorry!!!! I was out for a couple of days.....long story short, my Mom got this nosebleed on Sunday and by Monday, it just would not stop - By the time she finally lost her stubborness, I just made it to the Emergency Room with her and I had to stay with her til tonight, when I felt confident that she was okay. At 78, she still drives each day, shovels her walk and she is pretty amazing......so I was AWOL and i sincerely apologize.

****She would freak if she saw what I converse about on the boards. She graduated Cum Laude from Bryn Mawr College in 1951 and is a true Main Line Lady******* She has no idea what a trashy bitch that she spawned.



Part Two - they hired a new service rep for the home office and I suspected that she was an idiot, but kept trying to give her the benefit of the doubt ('cause I am sweet, you know) Well - she WAS an idiot and Friday was her last day with ATW!!!


So - I am back, I am pissed, I am ready to make sure that ALL IS FIXED for all my AM MEMBERS!!!!!

We are a small company and just one person can really F it up for us - BUT YOU SHOULD NOT SUFFER and I am back to my checking the board every couple of hours and I am HONORED if you can forgive me and let me work things out if there are any problems.

Glad everything is OK with your mom. Nosebleeds like that can be very serious so you did the right thing by getting her in quickly.

Glad you guys are back on track. Bottom line is if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

It's funny to hear you talk about the Main Line. I grew up in King of Prussia (actually phoenixville). And also worked on the Main Line.
 
Laura it's too bad that you have so much preasure on you, you need to be able to rely on people when you have an emergency. I am sorry you had to come back to all that happening, it must really add to the stress.

Anyhow I emailed you a question conerning the price shipping 50 lbs of concentrate to Canada.

You have a good product and I would really like to do business but the customer service thing is a little intimidating.

Hey Laura, used All The Whey before and really liked it, my problem right now is that I'm in Iraq. How much would shipping be to APO for 5 pounds of product.... would love to get more than that but we aren't exactly rich in the military... thank you

Yep I know, he sent through an email with how much it wold cost. Cool, I await ur email then with a receipt and date of when it was sent out, as I don't have either.
