Need a tracking number

Hi I have emailed twice and didn't know what to do, I think that my package may be at UPS but I don't have a tracking number to find out.

I ordered from Canada 2 weeks ago. Order number 01-05-06
 
Still haven't received an response, need that number or I have no idea what happened to the package.
 
Am I out of line here, I think that a customer who has paid money for goods, and has not recieved the goods has a right to request a means he can find out what happened to his order. I have sent 5 emails and received one response saying
"I am looking it up RIGHT NOW" that was about 4 hours ago.

Then probably due to this post someone takes all my rep points away as if I did something wrong. Well you have your money and I have no means to be able to see what happened to my order.
 
No one said you were out of line.....I am looking for it....Did you order via Ebay? I am having difficulty finding this order from the website. i do apologize and am working on it as we speak.

No I ordered through paypal it being a Canadian order. That is how Ed asked me to pay for it. I'm not trying to say that it's your fault the order didn't come in. It's just so frustrating that they won't give me any information without the number. To compound my frustration an order from Nutraplanet seems to be stuck in customs - "Regulatory agency clearance delay " :blink:
 
No, Dude, I would be pissed, too - my dilemma was trying to find your order!!! ED must have handled it all manually. You should have email from [email protected] by now.........I can only apologize and ask that YOU USE ME for orders.....I love Ed, but NO ONE KNOW HOW TO DO THINGS the right way, but me..............

Ok I did get an email from Carla I gave her as much information as I had. I think the problem is, is that we had to do the payment through paypal via email instead of the regular way. The website would not accept Canadian postal codes.
