| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | Can I pick your brains???????? ATW Guys - I am researching a 'recovery' formula. Anyone care to share what they feel is most important in a product along these lines? I am most interested in what you feel is the most important component. I truly appreciate any feedback. Laura |

| Pityin' fools since '81 | are we talking an all in one type product that includes carbs, proteins, etc.? if so i think a ratio of 2:1 complex carbs to quality protein. think along the lines of ergopharm's supplement aptly called "allinone" |

| Ugly Indian | I agree with this too. Here's something else you folks might want to explore as well. Supplements for thise that have undergone bariatic sugery. I have 2 friends that have had or are getting ready to get it done, both were severely disabled before the surgery. Both are now your customers, I can only do so much sales work for you Laura, LOL!! All of their diets are very high in protein and use whey supplementation to achieve this. ROB "I hear the sound of gunfire at the prison gates. Are the liberators here, do I hope or do I fear?" | Advanced Muscle Science Board Rep | something with 2:1 like chase was mentioning would be good. I usually put in some oats with my whey in the blender to get this. Stay away from the dextrose and malto though and definatly go with the complex carbs.
